Shortly after New Year in 2022 Mint Glazing were hard at work in Ashley Cross, Poole. This project was a referral from Greys Estate Agents in Poole who have used Mint Glazing several times previously.
A residential block were suffering leaks in the downstairs shop due to poor guttering work. Not only were the gutters a mish-mash of different gutters put together at different times, sometimes poorly, but they also for some reason all fed into just one external drain around the premises. After 2 days on site during which Mint Glazing hired a cherrypicker for this high altitude task the entire water disposal system had been completely solved. The work involved the complete replacement of all guttering and the creation of several more downpipes feeding into different external drains.
As the landlord owned the entire block including the ground level shop and first floor apartments he chose to also take the opportunity to update all of the current fascias to match the new guttering. Mint Glazing performed this task whilst on site and the landlord was very pleased with the overall result.
